Terms Of Use:
Terms are subject to change at any time so check back often.
By Joining, you are agreeing to the terms weather you have read them or not.
I reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership for any reason.
No refunds will be given.

Membership Terms:
1. Do not share your login information with anyone else. If someone else is found logging in on your account, your membership will be terminated. Ip's are logged.

2. You must have a website to join my members area. Yahoo, Msn, and other groups are not counted as a website.

3. Your member logo & tube license must be shown on your memberships page within 7 days of receiving it and must be linked to http://www.pixelsplus.org. You will not be given access to the member area untill I have verified your linked member logo.

4. If your membership has expired and you are still using my graphics, your linked member logo (and tube license) must remain on your website.

5.If you are caught breaking my terms, your membership will be revoked and you will no longer be permitted to use anything obtained from this site.

6. If you share a site with another person/persons, each of you will have to purchase your own Membership and License.

8. If you sell your site/members area You must remove anything you have made from my lineart etc from your site before the transfer of ownership.

9. No drama!!! If you have a problem then come to me first so we can resolve any issues like adults. I will not accept rudeness from anyone.

1. None of my outlines are to be shared in snag groups or sharing groups unless you have my specific permission. This means newsgroups, MSN groups or Yahoo groups.

2. You may not redistribute my outlines as is. You may redistribute the finished graphic you made from my outline as sigtags, premades, websets etc. but you may not offer the unfinished outline on your website.

3. You may make finished graphics, sigtags, premades, websets etc. with my outlines for personal use, redistribution or for sale.

4. You may not tube your results from my outlines unless you have purchased a tube license. Type the words "terms will be followed" in your membership request email.

5. You may alter the outlines slightly so that they fit with whatever you're trying to do with them, but this does not make them your creation. They are still my outlines and are still bound by my terms. You may not resize or make significant alterations.

6. You cannot make tutorials with my outlines. If you want to make a tutorial with them, please ask me. I am a reasonable person, just don't do it without permission.

7. If you have bought from my purchaseware, you must display your purchase certificate on every page that my outlines appear. Not only does this ensure that you have given me proper credit, it shows that you have not stolen them.

8.You may not sell or offer anything made from my lines, tubes, or bases to be distributed in a as-is manner.

Tubes:

1. You may not sell my tubes or offer them on your website! They are for personal use ONLY!

2. You may make profit from graphics you make with my tubes, but you have to ADD things to it. You cannot just add a name to it or use it as it is. Add a scene or other images to it first!

3. Unless I have specifically given permission, you are not to recolour, resize or otherwise edit tubes.

4. You cannot make line art from my tubes.

5. If selling graphics that you have made with my own tubes, you must display your purchase certificate, tube license or member logo on every page that my tubes appear. Not only does this ensure that you have given me proper credit, it shows that you have not stolen them.

Bases:

1. Bases are not to be used in a graphic or redistributed as is under any circumstances. You must fully dress(clothing and hair) the bases.

2. Bases and dolls made with my bases are not to be used in dollmakers unless you have specific permission.

3. Bases may be recolored.

4. You may make new poses but, the new poses must be sent to me for approvel and will be placed in my member area for all members to use.

5. Outlines for bases are not to be tubed unless you hold a tube license.

Other Graphics:

All other graphics found in the members area are for members use only. All above terms apply.

Updates:

Updates are done at my leasure.
When you join you are paying for the current content, updates are a bonus.

Purchaseware:

Do not alter any tags in any way. Give credit where credit is due. Do not claim our images as your own.

Tubes may not be offered for sale or given away as is. Use them to make sigtags, websets, etc. Which may be sold after adding to them. Alink back must be provided somewhere on your site where your visitors can see it,

No refunds will be given. If there is a problem with your order, let us know so that we can get it corrected.

I reserve the right to change my terms if/when I so desire.

As Edited Terms:

This is Not an As Is License. And lines may not be offered as they are.

You may tube the lines and offer the tubes in your member area or sell them in tube packs as you would with the tube license.

As Edited means that you must edit the lines making them at least 30% different than my original outlines before offering them in your member area.

My Logo must be displayed on the same page as all content made from this lineart pack.

No member discounts on As Edited.
